Paper Submission

How can I submit my paper?

Submit through SETCMS. Authors can also email their paper, including all author information, to the conference contact address.

What information is required?

Paper title, all authors’ names, email addresses, institutions and countries; speaker and corresponding author; abstract, keywords, topic, presentation type and publishing type.

What type of papers are accepted?

Full papers are accepted. All texts must be written in English.

Review

How does peer review work?

Submissions undergo format and similarity checks, followed by double-blind peer review. Decisions are communicated after the reviewers have assessed the paper.

When are acceptance or rejection notifications sent?

Formatting and similarity problems may trigger a decision or revision notice within five days. Suitable papers are assigned reviewers, and decisions are communicated after review is complete.

What is an acceptance notification?

It tells authors the paper has passed review. It is not an official invitation letter.

When is an acceptance or invitation letter issued?

The official letter is sent after the registration fee is paid.

Are notifications sent to every author?

Notifications and acceptance letters are sent to all authors named on the paper.

Registration

Does every author pay a registration fee?

One author is required to pay for each paper. Other participating authors pay the listener fee.

How can I pay?

Registration and payment are managed in SETCMS, by bank transfer or credit card.

When should I pay?

Pay after receiving the acceptance notification.

What does the fee cover?

Registration includes publication, a presentation certificate, proceedings, special and tutorial sessions, and one day of coffee breaks. See Registration Fees for all conditions.

Can I receive an invoice?

After payment, email the conference contact address with the invoice request.

I missed the payment deadline. What should I do?

Email the organizing committee and explain the delay.

What happens after I pay?

What language should I present in?

English is the official conference language.

Publication

Is full text submission mandatory for an abstract?

A full paper is not required for abstract-only work. Full-paper publication routes require the complete manuscript.

Where does a journal-path paper appear?

Its full text goes to IJMSIT and its abstract to the conference abstract proceedings.

Can I change my paper after camera-ready submission?

No changes can be made after the camera-ready submission deadline.

What is camera-ready submission?

It is the final paper version prepared for publication using the relevant template.

Is copyright transfer required?

The required copyright process depends on the selected publication path. IEEE eCopyright applies to the IEEE Xplore path.

Certificates

Who receives a participation certificate?

The registered speaker who presents receives a certificate. Other authors must register and participate to receive one.

When can I receive my certificate?

A session chair can provide it after presentation, and the speaker can also obtain it digitally through SETCMS.
